How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Our socks and mugs are shipped from the UK. Delivery within the UK will be 5 - 6 working days from order, delivery to Europe is 7 - 9 working days and delivery to rest of world is 10 - 11 working days.
Some of our items ship from the US, these will take a little longer to be delivered. For cushions, tote bags, sleeping mask, laptop case, air fresheners, water bottle and sliders you can expect your order to be delivered 9 - 12 working days from order. For blankets and towels you can expect your order to be delivered 17 - 21 working days from order.
All our products have their specific shipping information listed on the product page. To be sure of the shipping times, we recommend checking that information.
If you have ordered items that ship from the UK and the US, then these will be shipped separately and will arrive at different times. You will receive separate tracking information for these parcels.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is weight based. You will see the final shipping cost on the cart page when you enter your shipping address.
Customs and tax charges?
Any items shipping from the US are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
I need to make a change to my order
If you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us right away at email@example.com. We will see what we can do, however we do not guarantee that we can make a change to the order, as we try to start working on orders as soon as they come in.
If you need to change your address pop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do! Addresses can usually be changed within 24 hours of the order being placed, but we do not guarantee this.
I'm not happy with how my order turned out
We want you to love your product! If you receive it and aren’t happy with it for whatever reason, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will see what we can do for you. Please note as these are customised products, we aren't always able to offer refunds depending on the issue.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints.
If the issue is not flagged to us within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered then we can no longer provide a refund or reprint for you.
Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
